The self-contained cabin has a secure, private entrance with a covered porch and automatic outside lighting for safe access in the dark. Surrounded by coastal birdlife and a changing tideline, you can relax on the deck or put your feet up in front of the TV. Throughout the year, boats come ashore for storage or maintenance, bringing another dimension to the area and living experience.

Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. Very peaceful and close to everything you will need for your stay!

The cosy self-contained retreat has a foldaway small double bed with bedding and towels, cooking area with single electric hob and microwave oven, and a bathroom with a flushing toilet and wash basin. There is an outside shower with hot water. There is an outside eating area with fridge.
