The 4-SEASON covered PATIO/outdoor kitchen & dining enhances your experience any time of year! Enjoy the 4-person HOT TUB w/ TV. 60’ dock w/ electric BOAT LIFT, bar, seating area and fire pit. Plenty of room inside & out for FAMILY VACATIONS, FRIENDS GATHERINGS and COUPLES GETAWAYS. Up to 2 dogs OK/night fee.

Lake Front & Central

We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

Kingtown Manor Haus

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

The Point at Geneva on Seneca Lake

Welcome to The Point at Geneva! This unique lake house features 190 feet of frontage and plenty of quality space for 10 guests. The house features a beautiful chef's kitchen with high end appliances and a large outdoor deck off the kitchen for barbecues or just enjoying the view. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, lower floor bedroom and second living room all offer beautiful lake views. A new dock in 2024 provides easy access for a variety of water activities.

Lake Home on Cayuga - Kayaks included

*The host has covered 100% of the guest Airbnb fees on this 90 ft of private lake front property* Have dinner on the screened in porch while watching the sunset. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit. Jump off the dock and swim in fresh water or float alongside on the kayaks provided. Take a wine tour by boat. Hike trails and see the waterfalls at our local state parks. Rent a boat from the marina next door. For couples, families, friends, and water enthusiasts, this has it all!

Tranquility w/ EV charging station

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Fully stocked with linens and bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and cookware. We are across the road from the lake with lakefront access. There is a dock for you to use. Wall outlet (NEMA 14-5 )for EV Charging station. Baby care package available upon request and availability. This includes high chair, stroller, baby tub, exersauser, and pack n play. This is an additional $50 for the length of the stay.
