Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Paths for long walks. Architect James Fox designed this cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Only 5 miles from Clemson's campus, this retreat is perfectly situated on almost a full acre. You’ll love the cozy feel, with lots of amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, three-season screened-in porch, & open floor plan. Though the house isn’t directly on the water, our private dock on Hartwell is only a 1-2 min walk away! Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

House is located in a private community yet only 2.5 miles to Death Valley and Clemson. Enjoy a walk down to the lake or relax on the back deck. WIFI is included with access to Hulu and Disney+. Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our three bedroom house is located on lake Hartwell and just a 10 minute drive to Clemson University or 25 minutes by boat. During your stay you can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have two kayaks and four paddle boards available for your use. Off the back of the detached garage there is a furnished screened in deck with grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below. We have coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request.

Hidden Lake Sanctuary

This house was recently remodeled. At 3000 sq ft, it provides ample space. Nestled in a quiet cove that feeds into lake Keowee, it’s a kayaker’s dream. The house comes equipped kayaks and paddle boards. Note: It’s a very steep decent to the dock. The walk can prove to be fairly strenuous on the trek back to the house. Enjoy the nights in a private hot tub on the deck or cozy up by the fire pit. The master bath includes dual shower heads and a heated bidet toilet seat.

Keowee Key Luxury Condo - Stunning Views!

Freshly renovated condo at the sought after Tall Ship condos in Keowee Key. This is hands down the best unit the complex has to offer with amazing views. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. Guest boat slip is available at the marina for boats or jet skis. Slip is $50 per day. Recommended to book one month in advance.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
