Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. I have a professional cleaning company come between all guests. The property is the only house on the street abutting several acres of wooded park land. Get the feeling of nature/privacy similar to being up state NY yet centrally located to Sunken Meadow Parkway, Northern State, LIE. Also near food stores and other essentials. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work! High end air mattress available if a 3rd bed is needed!

Studio in Stony Brook

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

Our guest suite is perfectly located in the Old Historic District of Stony Brook Village across from the duck pond. We are only a few steps away from Avalon Park and Preserve, Sand Street Beach, the Long Island Museum, restaurants and shops. The village offers numerous places to explore in our quaint town and even more day trips on the outskirts where you can enjoy the simple pleasures during your time at our relaxing cottage.
