I present a cozy and quiet apartment in mansion of the eighteenth century, in the heart of the wonderful and exciting city of Seville, with very characteristic points of the city such as Plaza de Salvador and 3 minutes from the Giralda and Cathedral, probably the two most emblematic sights of the city. In the heart of the historic district, an epicenter of art to national and European level. The area is monumental, with restaurants and tapas bars, shops and fun. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator, has independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and hob. Living room with sofa bed and double bed. Very bright with three windows to the terrace. Air conditioning cold and heat. Bathroom with hot water. It is rented with bed and bath linen and utensils. TV and free WiFi. The apartment is in a pedestrian street in the center but with access to taxi rank and Tram 200 meters. The building is in a quiet street in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. This central area is almost completely pedestrianized, making for a pleasant walk to the Cathedral and the famous Plaza del Salvador, with plenty of tempting tapas bars en route.

Or take a walk enjoying the beautiful monuments of Sevilla without the hassle of taking buses or taxis.

Acogedor y cómodo apartamento en zona residencial segura y tranquila. A 5 minutos a pie del casco histórico de la ciudad y de la estación de tren de Santa justa. 1 gran plaza de garaje (algunos de nuestros huéspedes meten 2 coches de tamaño mediano pero al ser algo incomodo lo anunciamos como 1 sola plaza) Altura max 2,25. 3 bicicletas. Ideal para 5 huéspedes y hasta 7 si buscas algo más económico aunque se reduce el espacio, se añaden dos camas extra.
