The Hay Loft

The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Spacious rustic/luxe suite w/gas fireplace; king bed and bathroom with tiled shower, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, no freezer, dishes and and outdoor gas grill and indoor gas fireplace. Outdoor firepit.

This is a cozy yet spacious cottage at the dead end of a short unpaved lane. Quiet and private, plenty of wildlife, it sits in the woods above the Greenbrier River and trail, which is excellent biking and hiking with many swimming holes to take a dip. We have a few neighbors but you won’t see or hear them. Only 15 minutes from Historic Lewisburg, one of WV's best tourist destinations which offers restaurants, bars, shops, antiques, and the arts. Also 13 miles from The Greenbrier Resort.

Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

Convenient Rustic Cabin near Wineries

I’m located 6 miles from Scottsville, 15 miles from Charlottesville, 25-30 minute drive. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the bunkhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.
