As you turn onto Thatcher Mill you'll feel the comfort of this mountain retreat. Your tranquil drives ends at this 12 year old home that we call our cabin. It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Welcome to our creekside cabin, just 9 miles from Lassen National Park. The all-season Bailey Creek runs through the property. After a long day at the park, relax on 800 sqft. of multi-level deck to the sounds of the creek or lounge creekside around the fire pit. Our cabin is cozy for a couples weekend but also spacious for a large group of eight with 2 bedrooms downstairs (King Bed and a Queen Bed), a loft bedroom (King Bed), and a fully stocked kitchen Make your Lassen memories here!

Spend your time at a quiet and peace filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy also. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night too!
