Geniet van het ongerept zicht op de achterliggende polder en kom volledig tot rust in het prachtige natuurlandschap. Gelegen aan knooppuntenroutes is dit de ideale bestemming voor zowel wandelaars als fietsers. De kamers beschikken elk over hun eigen badkamer met douche (1 heeft ook een ligbad). De hottub kan apart bijgeboekt worden aan 125€, badjassen en slippers zijn inbegrepen.

Although it is located in the city centre at 100m from the Gravensteen castle, it is surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep during your visit to the vibrant city of Ghent. Villa Flandre

Villa Flandre nabij GENT, met logiesdescreet-erkenningsnummer 402109 met 5 sterren comfortclassificatie is een moderne vrijstaande woning centraal. Op minder dan een uurtje ben je in Brugge, Antwerpen of Brussel. Niettegenstaande ligt Villa Flandre in een zeer landelijke omgeving van waaruit je tal van leuke wandel- en fietstochten kan maken. Mooie, nieuwe verborgen studio in het hart van Antwerpen. De studio is gelegen in een achterpand, ver weg van alle lawaai. Het is een oase van stilte, maar op minder dan een minuut sta je op de Grote markt met al zijn terrasjes, winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.. Gasten hebben ook toegang tot de patio voor een drankje, een praatje of om gewoon gezellig te vertoeven.

De woning wordt steeds in 1 geheel verhuurd (geen gemeenschappelijke delen). De accommodatie is gelegen aan de ‘Vaag’, de prachtige wandel-, fiets en moutainbikepaden leiden je door de mooie velden en bossen van Waasmunster. Tevens voorzien van haardvuur en bbq. Ook voor expats mogelijk, tevens ideaal voor business (apart bureel, smart-tv en wifi).
