This small cottage has private bedroom king bed common space that is a combined kitchen and living room area. This common space has a full size comfortable sleeper sofa and room for an air mattress .The entrance is private. Property is quiet with onsite parking. It is located only a block to beach and a short walk to Islandview Casino. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. An active train track is near the property. Another cottage is available on the property if planning a trip with others.

Owner lives in house next to cottage but offers privacy & freedom to come and go as you please. Sleeps 2 comfortably in double bed. Twin day bed offers another sleeping space. Refrigerator, portable induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker & toaster/convection oven. Charcoal grill & fire pit available

Restaurants, shopping, fishing, the beach and all of the fun the ocean has to offer are just minutes away. Downtown Ocean Springs and Front Beach are a 15 minute drive. New Orleans and Gulf Shores are both easy day trips from here and Biloxi is about a 20 minute drive.
