You’ll be conveniently located less than an hour to the beaches, with short travel to Easton, Dover, D.C. and Baltimore. But why bother traveling when your in the beautiful historic town of Denton and all it has to offer with many up and coming stores, restaurants, and many other sights to enjoy including the Choptank River, Martinak State Park, Tuckahoe State Park, and historic downtown.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Our cottage is the perfect place to stay when you're on the road for work, or a romantic weekend (or mid-week) getaway.
