Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Everything you need is on site. Your dog will enjoy the fenced dog park. Watch the birds & wildlife & sip coffee from the 2nd story balcony. The hot tub is open year round. The pool opens April through October. Washer/dryer, central heat and air, and parking in the driveway, shared only with the owner, who resides in the lower half of the home. 10 minutes to restaurants and shops in Smyrna, 25 minutes to downtown Nashville, 25 minutes to Franklin

The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

3/2 Artist Studio Retreat (20 mi. from Nashville)

Enjoy both the Nashville bustle and Tennessee countryside. This contemporary farmhouse is the studio of Nashville artist, Kristin Llamas. Enjoy mornings on the creek and tree-filled property, gather fresh eggs from the chicken coup, cook breakfast in the open floorplan kitchen. Spend evenings around the fire, and relax in the hot tub.
