We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!

This is a basement apartment with a private keyless entry. Workout equipment, pool table, kitchenette and a theater room are all private and for your use! Hot tub is in the backyard, it is always heated and available to be used at any time during your stay. We do ask for a heads up when you want to use it so that we can open it up and ensure you have privacy.
