Newly remodeled relaxing get-a-away that sits just a block away from The Greenbrier River, with less than a minute walk to river access! We are located within the Snowshoe Highlands International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Ride Center and Monongahela National Forest, & are now featuring the 27-mile Monday Lick Trail System of single-track bike optimized trails that connect directly to downtown Marlinton. Located 1 mile from the Greenbrier River Trail and 27 miles from Snowshoe Mountain Resort. This family home was completely remodeled in 2012 with plenty of space for mountain bikes or ski gear. Large level yard for kids and dogs to play. Hunters, fishermen, hikers, bikers & skiers welcome. Bring your list of outdoor adventures and stay with us in Nature's Mountain Playground.

This is a comfortable, peaceful, and convenient mountain getaway, with easy access to Snowshoe Mountain (6.5 miles) but without resort fees and atmosphere. Top floor unit in a low-key, small set of condo cabins, great light, privacy. Perfect place to return after a day outside, or hang out in while others play. Close to Greenbrier River Trail, Cass trains, X-country skiing, golf, restaurants, ski and snowboard rentals, waterfalls, and miles of hiking trails. Hot tub and wifi. Easy parking.

I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Attention all Mountain Bikers - this is your 1BR condo! Conveniently located in Powderidge with an updated mud room including hanging bike storage for 2 bikes. Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is complete with full sized amenities (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer and more)! The outside deck includes a gas grill and patio seating for 4. You won't want to miss the morning sunrise! W/D in unit!
