The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th century house (we live on the 1st floor). It is only 3 metro stops from Midi train Station and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for children under 12. The apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished to make you feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, a suite with a king double bed, an studio with a sofa bed, shower & bathtub, washing machine, wifi, cable TV....

Logement entièrement rénové au 1er et 2ème étage d'une maison idéalement située dans l'intramuros de Mons (5 minutes à pied de la Grand Place et une dizaine de minutes de la gare). Il se compose au 1er étage d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon disposant d'un canapé-lit. Le 2ème étage comprend une chambre avec lit queen size de 2 personnes, une salle de bain et une pièce mansardée avec un lit 2 personnes. Le logement est non fumeur. Pas de fête autorisée

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Au calme de la campagne théodosienne, dans un cadre bucolique, ma maison vous permettra de vous ressourcer. Vous pourrez également vous rendre à pied aux étangs de Saint-Denis. En voiture, vous serez à 15 min de Mons, 8 min de Soignies. Pairi Daiza ne se situe qu'à 20 minutes. Le canal du centre et ses ascenseurs historiques se situent à 15 min en voiture. Lorsque la météo le permettra, vous pourrez profiter des différentes terrasses et de la pergola.

In a green setting, in the center of Belgium, close to all highways, a part of our 70's house has been converted into a studio with all modern conveniences and comfort to accommodate 2 adults and a baby / child: tv, high speed internet / Netflix, king size bed, washing machine / dryer, WC dressing, walk-in shower, complete kitchenette ... Totally privatized (entrance, parking, garden, terrace), without vis-a-vis your privacy will be respected.
