2 Bedroom Hamptons Style Cottage located Mt Eliza

Relax in this quiet stylish cottage. One queen size bedroom and the second bedroom also has a Queen Size bed both with ceiling fans, kitchen facilities, split system, coffee machine, wifi, Outdoor deck with BBQ. No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or visitors apart from registered guests. 5 minute drive to beaches, Mt Eliza Village which has great restaurants and shops. 8 minute drive to Mornington. Cottage situated near main residence but has private entrance, private garden. 2 night minimum

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Parkerfarm 1 of 2 accom avail Mornington Peninsula

#Parkerfarmstay is a 11 acre hobby farm. We have 2 units on the farm PF1 sleeps 5 and PF2 sleeps 7. This one is cosy next to chickens/ducks, the other is larger + laundry next to the playground. Ideal for family or friend groups who want to stay together on the Mornington Peninsula. We are close to Beach, Wineries, Hot Springs, Big Goose, Dinosaur World,weddings, EnchantedMaze, Moonlit Sanctuary, Funky Farm, Hastings Marinas bring your boat! Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

Seaford SeaScape

Only 5 minute walk to the beach, this fully detached suite comfortably sleeps two, with free WIFI. A ten minute walk to Seaford Station and village, enjoy walks on the trail network or with your toes in the sand! Close to wineries and surf beaches!
