In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

Note: the dock and steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available between Memorial Day and the end of October, only. The lake is a 5 minute walk- beautiful to enjoy but is not for swimming. Myself and the property owner do live on property. 15 minutes from downtown Calistoga, 30 from downtown Healdsburg and 30 minutes from Santa Rosa. Your four legged friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee which I will send separately

The Camp - private farmstay glamping

Step out of the crazy, busy world onto a forty acre permaculture farm. Relax in Two small cabins with cozy cotton sheets, down comforter queen bed, heater with a wood burning shepherds stove. Off grid Power and high speed internet. Next to the cabin a separate building with kitchen and shower. BBQ and fire pit . Bring your own wood for the fire pit. Outdoor bathroom. Small frig . I allow dogs in this space, their own bedding required. Trails to creek, stars in a dark sky.

Special waterfront houses on Tomales Bay. You are ON the water with the sound of waves lapping underneath the house. This is a beloved home. Not too fancy, but comfy for family and friends to unwind and enjoy each other and your surroundings. The town of Marshall is a small and rural town, charming, special but near to some of the best restaurants and hiking around.
