Séjournez dans ce bel appartement calme dans 1 quartier sécurisé, à 2 pas du sentier littoral. Profitez d’une vue mer depuis le salon et la suite parentale. Entièrement équipé avec soin, il se distingue par ses œuvres artistiques uniques. À seulement 15 min à pied de la plage. Centre fitness et salon de beauté au pied de l’immeuble. Idéal pour une escapade détente ou remise en forme, entre mer et confort. La climatisation est un plus surtout en journée car les nuits sont fraîches en bord de mer.
