Come spend your holiday retreat in truely private loft house. Casa Tica has the feel of tree house surrounded by trees, living space on 2nd floor on acre of moss tree lined trails. Sit on your lrg 10x14 deck and listen to the birds sing and gaze from above into the beautiful woods. This is your space to feel alone and amongst nature. Behind your loft look out to the magical woods and enjoy a fire at the bomb fire pit or let the kid loose in you and swing on the architectural swing set.

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

Quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from Lincoln Township Beach (Lake Michigan), 8 miles to Silver Beach and Lions Park Beach in St. Joseph, MI, 8 miles to Warren Dunes State Park and Beach, in the heart of wine/beer country. A small gas grill and firepit + wood, and chairs and a patio table on back patio. Owner lives next door and will be available to answer questions about the area.

Dog friendly and we have trails in the property for walking, just let us know if you would like to bring a dog(s) and please crate if you plan to leave them alone for any period of time. No more than 2 dogs. There is no place for the pet fee on Airbnb. The pet fee is 25.00 per dog non-refundable. Once you have a confirmed reservation that includes a pet, we will send a request for money to cover the pet fee. No Cats please.
