Dates for Cornell Graduation are now open! An old fashioned style B and B, complete with hospitality, and local, organic, continental breakfast! You will be warmly welcomed & comfy. Duplex with private entrance, we offer an artsy farmhouse suite with living room, bedroom and bathroom. No kitchen. Organic linens, natural latex mattress and coffee/tea bar. A chemical-FREE house: no off-gassing, no plug-ins, etc. House is on well water; h20 has a slight sulphur smell. NO WIFI, YES ethernet .

One bedroom apartment on 20 acre farm

Cozy apartment in a rustic, 3-story cabin nestled on 20 acres of woods. Property is complete with hiking trails, artificial baits only catch-and-release pond, plus hot tub. Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Close to walking, cycling trails (aka Ithaca's Black Diamond Trail) and Ithaca restaurants. Just a five minute drive to Taughannock Falls State Park.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Sunflower Suite at Seymour Station

This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/barn adjacent to our family's home. The unit has two bedrooms plus a bed in a common area. The bathroom has a shower stall, but no tub. There is a kitchenette available with a mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and dishes. Self serve cold breakfast is provided. Cleaning fees are reimbursable! See additional details below.

West Shore, Cayuga Lake, Ithaca, NY

Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered. Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed. Cornell and IC Graduation weekends: $500 per night/4 night minimum
