Based in central Windermere Scandi Hut is perfectly placed to explore the Lake District UNESCO World Heritage site.

Modern cabin and Hot Tub set in 10 acre fields

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our modern cabin is set in our ten acre small holding close to the south Cumbria beaches and southern Lake District. Relax and enjoyed our cabin, it’s deck and hot tub or sit in the orchard that has our bee hives and watch our hens. During winter when our smallholding settles down awaiting spring it’s a great base to explore the area. You will be the only guests and have the ten peaceful acres to yourself. You may bring One dog for a small fee.

Our Beautiful Little Shepherd's Hut is situated on private land, with trees, ponds, and a river. A 5 minutes walk down the track (a little challenging coming back up) You are in a quiet peaceful area, within walking distance of the Co-Op, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers, 2 cafes, and 2 Pubs. We have created a space where you can experience nature with a touch of luxury. Fitted with a full kitchen, large walk in shower, free Netflix, Wifi, fully heated and even a super king mattress, our Tiny House is a perfect hideaway. The House can sleep up to 2 and we are happy to welcome one well behaved medium to large dog or 2 well behaved small dogs.
