The setting is quiet, picturesque and tranquil** Modern open plan kitchen/dining and open lounge with log fire. Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. Hot tub and outdoor seating area with BBQ. *NB. The access track may not be suitable for low profile vehicles. ** NB. NO HEN/STAG DO'S OR PARTIES ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT STICK TO THE RULES AND RESPECT QUIET HOURS.

Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

This period property has beautiful views over the large garden which often displays a beautiful sun set . You may well be treated to the church bells and deer in the garden . It is very popular for that special occasion celebration or a quiet escape, away from it all. Historic Lincoln is only a short drive away and there is also a village pub

Cozy cottage near Lincoln and Showground

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Shepherd Hut in Tranquil Setting

Our Shepherds hut was built as a labour of love and is set in a leafy secluded spot in our 2 acre garden. Surrounding you is blissful green complete with pond and your own personal fire pit, with our sleepy campsite nearby. The space has a delightful kitchen/living area and super comfy double bed. There is electric light and heating, and the space is stocked with kitchen essentials, bedding and household items. The new toilet and shower block is just a a short walk away.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
