You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Enjoy your own, private room in our 1920's idyllic, bohemian, two-storey wooden house - you'll be surrounded by books, plants, art and instruments. Close to the city, yet with a lush private garden with plenty of outdoor seating - a stone's throw from the sea and within walking distance to the beach, nearby restaurants, supermarkets and local brewery. You will share the space with us - Frida, Jeremy, and our friendly, black cat Katla.

In common areas are laundry room and sauna with an open-air terrace. Self-service breakfast is served in the aula.

Ihana lofthuoneisto aamiaisella Vaasan ytimessä

Helppoa asumista Vaasan ytimessä upeassa korkeassa huoneistossa jopa 4 hengelle. Hintaan sis. palkitun Aroman aamiainen + kahvi, tee, puuroainekset. Kaikki keskustan palvelut, ravintolat ja terassit muutaman askeleen päässä. Ison yksiön kokoinen huoneisto löytyy 2. kerroksesta. Asunnossa on liukuovilla erilliseksi tilaksi tehty makuuhuone, jossa on jenkkiparisänky sekä isolla parvella toinen parisänky. Keittiö on upeasti korotettu erilliseksi kokonaisuudeksi olohuoneesta.

Tyylikäs asunto rauhalliselta sijainnilta, läheltä Kauhajoen keskustaa (noin 1km). Huoneistolle kuuluu autopaikka. Juuri remontoidut sisätilat! Olohuone, keittiö, makuuhuone, pesuhuone ja sauna. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat. Aamupalatarvikkeet kuuluvat ensimmäisille öille (kahvi, maito, voi, puuro, leipätarvikkeet jne). Majoituspaikat 1-4 henkilölle. Parivuode ja vuodesohva.

Huoneistossa on wifi ja 50" Smart tv + soundbar. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset ruuanvalmistusvälineet sekä kahvi/tee ja aamupalaksi puuro/mysli.
