Trenance Boating lake & Gardens are just 500yrds away, with the Zoo, park & local swimming pools. Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 10 minutes walk. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Please note electric car £10 per charge.

Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

The courtyard at the back of the cottage is a lovely little sun trap. We have all you need for a relaxing break in the Cotswolds and pets are very welcome too.
