Outside there is a large, luxurious, hot tub (added surcharge) and seating area overlooking fields, securely fenced for most dogs. Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Square Island is a peaceful, rural location adjacent to a small farm. Pembroke town and several outstanding beaches are just a short drive away. We are close to the Coast Path and NCN cycle route 4, local pick up/drop off available on request. The Barn is a converted donkey stable, with traditional lime plaster walls and upcycled timber giving it a rustic feel.
