Simplistic & Modern Apartment - Town Centre

Our maisonette is situated in the heart of the majestic seaside town of Tenby inside the town castle walls. This is a 200 year old listed building so note it is quirky in places.… this just adding to its charm. A great blend of old and new with a modern day light, sleek & chic look. Our apartment is located up a small flight of stairs. The stairs shared with the retail outlet below. The main access door is to the side of the shop. There can be some external noise at peak times and weekends.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

The price includes unlimited super fast Wi-Fi, good quality bed linen, some essentials including tea; coffee; sugar; washing up liquid; loo/kitchen roll; cleaning products, tea towels. Please bring your own bath & beach towels. A designated parking space is right outside the door on level ground.

No club, pool or games room. The deck with sea views overlooks a private garden & offers a lovely outside space for relaxation. Direct access to woodlands, countryside and coastal walks, and private footpath to the beach. A perfect setting for taking in nature, the coast & local culture.

Please note that from 31st October on site facilities will not be available due to out of season until Easter. STRICTLY NO SITE WORKERS PERMITTED WHILE WORKINGS IN LOCAL AREA - You will be asked to vacate the premises.

Ocean View

Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.

Wonderful location overlooking Newton Bay and Ogmore-by-sea South Wales. This pretty little holiday home is situated just a few sandy foot steps from Newton Beach which is dog friendly all year. Enjoy glorious sea views from the sunny secure deck. Situated at Trecco Bay The town of Porthcawl is a 10 minute walk with an plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. An ideal base to visit The Gower, Brecon Beacons and Cardiff Bay.
