Tilavalta lasitetulta parvekkeelta aukeaa esteetön järvimaisema keskustan suuntaan. Uimaranta. Oma autopaikka alaoven vieressä. Alueelta löytyvät kauniit ja monipuoliset lenkkeilymaastot ja frisbeegolf-rata. Asunto on kattavasti varusteltu (laaja astiasto, kodinkoneet, nukkumapaikat neljälle hengelle, 65" smart-tv suoratoistopalveluilla, ilmalämpöpumppu, riipputuoli ym.).

Cozy and stylish one-bedroom apartment with balcony in Oulunkylä, Helsinki. The apartment offers everything you need for a quick visit or a longer stay. Easy transport connections from the city center and the airport, about 10 minutes by train. Also excellent bus and tram connections, e.g. Viikki campus and Aalto University. The apartment was carefully renovated in 2024, all surfaces and furniture are new. Good jogging trails and one of the best pizza restaurants in Helsinki nearby.

A Historical & Unique Apartment

Tervetuloa upeaan, juuri remontoituun huoneistoon, joka sijaitsee historiallisessa, lähes 100-vuotiaassa kivitalossa Tampereen ydinkeskustan parhaalla sijainnilla, jossa kaikki on lähellä. Tampereen persoonallisimmat ravintolat ja kauneimmat kävelyreitit ovat kaikki vain muutamien askelien päässä. Asunto on remontoitu vanhaa kunnioittavaan, persoonalliseen sävyyn tarjoten tunnelmallisen ja kodikkaan majoituskokemuksen. Nukkumapaikat 4 aikuiselle + yksi lasten matkasänky.

Tunnelmallinen jurttamajoitus aamiaisella

Tunnelmallinen ja mukava jurtta, on täydellinen irtiotto arjesta, luonnon helmaan. Tilava, käsintehty jurtta on sisustettu viihtyisäksi ja halutessasi pääset myös jurttasaunaan rentoutumaan (ei lisämaksua). Pesupaikka sijaitsee kriikunapuun alla, kauniisti pajuaidoilla suojattuna. Majoitusjurtassa on puilla lämpenevä kamiina jolla voit lämmittää jurttaa ja keittää vaikka tee- tai kahvivettä. Aamulla tuomme aamiaisen jurtalle. "Glampingiä parhaimmillaan!"

Iso ja korkea huone 101-vuotiaassa talossa, aivan Helsingin keskustassa, Temppeliaukion kirkon vieressä. Oma sisäänkäynti, mukava 160 cm leveä parisänky, ilmastointilaite, oma kylppäri, ilmainen WiFi, pieni työpiste – ja Xbox Series X odottaa iltafiilistelyä varten. Kahvilat, museot, Olympiastadion, Hietsun ranta ja leikkipuistot ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Sopii mainiosti pariskunnille, pienille perheille, ruokafaneille ja työmatkalaisille.

The apartment is fully modernized and includes everything you need – even two Jopo city bikes!

This cozy Guest House and sauna are located in the heart of Old Town Naantali, next to the sea, in a typical wooden house built in 1895. You will breath the exclusive history of one of the first towns of Finland. Why not take a refreshing swim in the sea right after a warm sauna. Supermarkets and all Naantali services are right at hand, Muumimaailma is only a short walk away.
