Welcome to our contemporary & newly renovated, one bedroom City flat set in the heart of Spalding. The property overlooks the River Welland & is just seconds from the market square. Holiday, or use as a weekend location from which to visit nearby family/friends or as a base to facilitate weekday work commitments. This first floor flat is safe and discrete, has excellent wifi and private parking - albeit for a small City car. All in all, an ideal location for both Spalding and rural Lincolnshire.
