Whole house water filter, reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen, coffee maker, washer/dryer & microwave. Tankless water heater, endless hot water. gazebo for barbecue and patio for morning coffee.Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and detergents are provided. New beds and mattresses. Two parking spots under carport. Kick back and relax in this calm, cozy space.
