Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest suite. Located half a mile from downtown, this unit has it all! Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. This guest unit overlooks the Spearfish city park campground and recreation paths. This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

This home, built in the early 1900's is on Deadwood's Historical Registery, and is located on famous Main Street just a couple blocks from the action. It is a one bedroom apartment with one bath and a full kitchen. Laundry facilities are available. We have a large backyard featuring a deck and grill. Grammy's place is walking distance (half a mile) from downtown Spearfish. We're a 20 minute drive from Historic Deadwood and Sturgis.
