Lemonia Garden Apartment 2

Welcome to Lemonia! Our breezy and peaceful family-run apartments are set to the East side of the Island. We are ideally positioned 15 mins equidistant from the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst still a stones throw away from beautiful Garifalo beach & Paradise Beach. Please note all guests will be required as per Greek law to provide full name, full address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greek nationals) immediately upon booking (same as hotel) so we can declare our income in Greece.

Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Sue's Cottage

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Traditional Guest House of "Grandma Vitsa" Ermioni

Built in 1920 in the area of Spilia or Krothi in Ermioni and completely renovated in 2018, this warm house hides in its foundations, its breeze and its yards, wonderful pictures from the past. You will love it because it will remind you the childhood years in the village, but also because the time is going so you can enjoy every moment.

The apartment is located a 10 minutes walk from the commercial center of the island in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a comfortable, spatious, bright apartment with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/sitting area, balcony and terrace. I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need.

As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a large garden with several dining areas under the trees and stars, and private sitting spaces in all corners.

1 of 2 Self contained Studios in Spetses town centre. 4 minute walk to the coast and to the heart of the port known as Dapia. The villa is very close to the bulk of the restaurants, bars and transport to other beaches. The studios are within a lovely gated garden development including the old family house.

Set in a well - tented garden bordered by roses and bougainvilleas, has an amazing sea view and lies within 200m from the beach. Our charming guest house is standing approximately 5km from Porto Heli and 2 km from kosta port where you can take a sea taxi and in 10 minutes you arrive at spetses island.
