The Valley Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is one whole side of a duplex located in a peaceful neighborhood of Spokane Valley. The Retreat is tucked away yet super close to hiking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, And much more! It has a huge fully enclosed backyard for the littles and fur babies to run around in while you enjoy your coffee on the elevated patio. Looking for a little slice of heaven with beach access, a woodsy feel and five minutes from I-90? Whether you're here for business or with friends/family, come explore everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer in our cozy Liberty Lake bungalow! This space features a private deck and entrance, peek-a-boo views of the lake, beach access and close proximity to both Spokane and Coeur d'Alene! NOTE: This is a guest suite, we live in the upstairs of the home (more info below).

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

You will love this newly made, private, spacious master suite/apartment in the basement of our Shadle area home! Easy access to everything from this centrally located Bungalow. 10 minute drive from downtown Spokane, Whitworth University, Gonzaga University, the Spokane Convention Center, the Spokane arena and outdoor adventure options. Within walking distance to shopping and dining. About 20 minutes from the airport.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
