This is a fantastic place to launch your kayak, paddle board or even your boat at the public boat ramp. There are also many hiking and mountain biking trails

This hidden gem very private if you would like to be off the beaten path for a couple days. We are located a 7 minute drive down the Meadows from the town of Pemberton, situated along the meandering Ryan River. Our property has 5 acres of manicured lawns, huge cedar trees, and trails all around for you to explore. Please be advised that we live on an active logging road.

The village of Madeira Park and Marina is 6km where you’ll find great restaurants plus all your shopping.
