Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

BAJNICE Apartment East side with heated pool

Luxury apartment with pool that has a pool water heating system. The pool is filled with water from early April to late October. The pool is equipped with a water heating system and a powerful counter-current swimming system (makes you swim all day without touching the wall). If you rent both apartments (East and West) - you have a complete house with a pool just for your group (up to 12 people). You will enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace around the pool.

Directly on the beach. This is our new listing, but in my profile you can see my old listing with hundreds of 5* reviews. Perfect place for any time of year and great location for explore the area. It is comfortable ap, new and adapted to modern guests, but has kept the charm of old fisherman s house. You can see the sea from your bed and fall asleep with the sound of waves. Few min walk to restaurants, shops and 15min bus or car drive to old town of Split.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
