One large bedroom with bath and beautiful water view. Key pad entry. The suite is a newly built totally private, extension on the house. You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

Blue heron, bald eagles, osprey and seals are frequent visitors on the river. Explore this secluded location and private beach on Maine’s spectacular rocky coast.

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Sunset views from the deck overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay, Navy Island and the Maine coast. Beach access. Very private yet steps away from the town wharf and other attractions, shopping and restaurants. Includes wifi, smart TV with Netflix. The maximum number of guests permitted in this space is 2. No children or pets.
