The 'Little house in the garden' is a small detached annexe with its own parking, located in the historic village of Grampound. Set in our garden, it has a peaceful aspect. You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us.

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Outside is a good sized private garden giving direct access onto trails for walks. No 5 will provide a home from home feel. No. 5 is 10 minutes drive away from the beautiful south coast beaches.

The Anchorage is a stunning, private, cliff-top house with uninterrupted sea views. Two minutes walking down the hill takes you to Portmellon Beach and The Rising Sun pub. Ten to fifteen minutes stroll takes you into Mevagissey, a lovely picturesque fishing village. There are a variety of boat trips, a maritime museum and aquarium. There are cosy pubs, seafood restaurants and local craft shops. The surrounding coastline offers lovely scenic walks along the South West Coast Path

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.
