Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. Unfortunately, there is NO TV or WiFi, and cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!
