We're 5 minutes from 3 stunning sandy beaches and Falmouth town centre with a great range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage has super-fast Wi-Fi and smart TV and is located on a purpose built, quiet holiday village with dedicated parking, children's play area, tennis courts, gym, plunge pool, EV charging points and a bar serving food.

Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.
