Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Separate entry with keyless lock welcomes you to this comfortable, clean space with a queen size bed, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and 2 available parking spaces in the driveway. Mini-split AC cools and heats the studio comfortably. High speed internet, flat-screen tv with Netflix for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Bicycles for exploring our historic downtown less than 2 miles away.

Come play at the beach! 24’ tiny house on a private fenced yard with gas grill, tropical outdoor area for relaxing. Lofted sleeping space, with shower and toilet make this the perfect weekend getaway or the escape from work meetings. Close to Mayo Clinic, Downtown , & beaches 15 minute drive! Or enjoy Orlando and natural springs with manatees couple hours away. St Johns town center 5 minute drive and has countless food and shopping options! Truly a unique experience! Only service animals

Tiny House three blocks from beach!

The tiny house at the Crescent Beach house is a one bedroom one bath detached guesthouse ! The bedroom includes a queen bed and closet. There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and a large TV with Netflix only, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!

Palm Gate Cottage Guesthouse

Cozy, tiny cottage located in historic Lincolnville. Built in 2016 and privately set behind our historic Palm Gate Cottage, this tiny jewel is ready to welcome guests. A short (12 or so minutes) walk to all that historic St. Augustine has to offer year-round, this private retreat on a quiet street is ideal. Off street parking for one vehicle inside our gate, private entrance to back yard where the tiny cottage retreat awaits. Self check-in using key pad access.
