Tranquil lake house retreat on Sunset point. This 4 bed 1 bath haven is a slice of paradise, boasting an indoor fireplace, sauna, and a relaxing hot tub to unwind in. Nature enthusiasts will be thrilled by the abundance of deer, turkey, and migratory birds that call this area home. And don't miss the breathtaking sunsets that grace us every evening. Kensington Cottage

A charming rustic pine cottage right on Lake Huron. Located in an area of fascinating history and enjoyment on the water. Fabulous kayak destinations right outside the door. Have breakfast on the dock or at your private deck table with seating for six. Plenty of space at the dock to tie up your watercraft with boat launching right next door at Kensington Point Marina. The cottage water is fully filtered through an Ultra Violet light source which makes it 100% pure and drinkable out of the tap.

Gorgeous sunsets and peaceful relaxing await you at Sunset Point on beautiful St. Joseph Island! You will go home refreshed from the beautiful views of the trees and water. Natural light filters through the tall maple trees at this 3 bed/2 bath house with its many large windows and sunroom. Located on the shipping channel you will often see freighters traveling both ways while you sit at the shore. Situated on a quiet, dead-end road with very little traffic but with neighbours nearby.

When we decided to buy a cottage, we wanted something that brought us closer to nature, but didn’t want a house on the water. It had to have some rustic elements to it. With its vaulted knotty pine ceilings and walls, and windows looking out at the lake, we instantly fell in love. It doesn’t matter if it’s high summer floating on the lake, or Fall with the beautiful colours, it’s just a special place to be.
