Beach Club Condos are ocean front and our condo is the second back from ocean on the courtyard side. The complex has a pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, courtyard, grills, a tennis court, bike rentals, fitness center, and business center. It is close to the Pier, King and Prince, Lighthouse, and Coast Guard Station. The Perfect Island location for couples and families! Note: These are June and July rates. This charming renovated first floor condo is the perfect place to relax in the village. Located in Ocean Walk, where we have our own Pickleball courts. It’s an easy walk to the PB courts at Mallery Park, the pier, shops and restaurants. Our condo is smoke free and pet free.
