Recharge on the screened in porch, fish the nearby South River, adventure out to the nearby Shenandoah National Park, try a local winery or brewery, test your golf skills at the local golf course or relax by an indoor or outdoor fire (wood provided).

Charming log cabin nestled in a glen by the Shenandoah National Park is an ideal retreat for a romantic get-a-way. The first floor contains a beautiful kitchen, dining area, full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and cozy living room with a wood burning fire place. The second level holds the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a half bathroom. There are two porches where guests can relax with their morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the wooded and mountain views.

We have everything you need to enjoy the lake including hot tub, canoes, stand up paddle boards, 4 person paddle boat, kayak,, fishing & beach gear. The community has a nice beach w/ pavilion. Saddleback cabin is 9.5 miles (22 minutes) to Swift Run entrance in Shenandoah National Park. Enjoy local breweries, wineries, antique and pottery shopping. We are 30 minutes from Charlottesville or Harrisonburg with lots of historical sites and caverns. If a quiet stay is your preference, enjoy the fireplace on the deck and star gaze, hear owls calling. You will experience pleasant sunrises from the deck, and peaceful wooded surroundings. No 3rd party bookings/2 adults only

Conway Cabin

Conway Cabin is an old hunting cabin that we have made into a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It is located at the foot of Lewis Mountain part of the Shenandoah Nation Park. National Hiking trails just up the road and Early Mountain Winery and Bald Top Brewery are 15 minutes away. Go out enjoy your day and come back and relax in the Conway River or on the large covered porch. STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025 FIREFLY WIFI WILL BE AVAILABLE AT CONWAY CABIN
