High-End Condo Across From Major Recreation Trail

Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Intimate and Cozy Studio Guesthouse (C)

Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Enjoy your privacy in our sanitized 1500 sq. ft. lower level suite. Families, couples and biz-travelers will enjoy this smoke-free and pet-free space. Outdoor seating for morning coffee and backyard amenities. We are a 3-minute walk to a network of nature trails, and a quick drive to restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities (Walnut Creek, Promenade, City Park, Westin, Butterfly Pavillion). We are a quick 25 minute drive to Boulder and Denver. We have a puppy you may hear occasionally.

Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Walkout Garden Bungalow Between Boulder & Denver

900 sqft private walkout bungalow located 20 minutes from both downtown Denver & Boulder. 1 mile away from Standley Lake with expansive views of the Rockies. 1 Cali King Bed, 1 Full Bed, living room with queen pull out sofa bed, stocked kitchen and laundry room. Patio and fully fenced in. We live upstairs but separate entrances and spaces. Pets should be attended to and cannot be left if anxious or have separation anxiety. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the Bungalow unit.

Bright & private basement studio with full laundry

Beautiful space that is perfect for short and long term stays. The space has a lot of natural light, its own washer and dryer, and exceptional WiFi. Bonus: Super comfy Nectar Mattress! Easily accessible from US-36 and 20 minutes from downtown Denver or Boulder. Free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Max, Showtime, and over 150 titles on Movies Anywhere. Local channels too!. Pets are welcome with back yard patio easily accessible to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather.

The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
