Get in, turn on the air conditioning, choose from Netflix over a 240Mbps Wi-Fi network or any cable channel on a super 50-inch Smart TV and enjoy your accommodation while sipping a cup of espresso coffee.
This studio is located at the new, trendy London SP Residence Condo and its 366 sq.ft (34m²) space was transformed in an oasis of comfort and practicality for up to 4 guests.
Building's amenities include a rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center and even a self check-out grocery store (no need to go out!)
Subway station (Yellow Line) is an easy walk away.
This apartment studio is located in a 2016 built high-rise and was completely remodeled and decorated in August, 2018.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable queen size bed, but also prepared to accommodate additional guests with a sofa bed in the living room (please note that the windows are not tinted and the blinds are not "blackout" type, so in the morning expect sun light in this space).
Also in the apartment:
- 55" 4K Smart TV with Netflix (and other streaming apps), and also a Google ChromeCast (so you can mirror your mobile phone screen on the TV)
- Full cable channels;
- Private, Free 60M WiFi & space for Home-Office;
- Nespresso Coffee Machine;
- Fresh Sheets and Towels;
- Essential bathroom items (hair drier, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.)
- Toaster, Microwave/Oven, pots and pans, silverware and basic cooking needs;
- Air Conditioning to keep you cool all summer (two split units, one in the main space and another in the glassed closed balcony - a wooden sliding door can be used to separate the spaces);
- Electric essential oil diffuser (scents and fragrances available at no cost).
The apartment is surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of a vibrant, bustling neighborhood.

- Olympic-size swimming pool;
- Infinty pool located in the 15th floor, with an stunning view of the city (the building features the largest suspended pool of the city);

The building has a 24/7 access control, and by rule all guests have to provide copy of their IDs not less than 24h before arrival in order to be granted access.
The studio apartment is equipped with a digital door lock, the opening procedures will be provided to you before arrival.
The guest will also have 1 parking spot available (will need to send vehicle's details in advance to get permission to park).
I live and work nearby and will do my best to welcome you personally, however I travel on business quite often and can't guarantee I will be in town during your stay. If I'm out of town or busy, I will be easily reachable by phone or e-mail, and in case of real need I have brothers and friends who will gladly be present if necessary.
The lively Consolação District surrounds the western side of São Paulo's "old downtown", connecting it to the famous Paulista Avenue through Consolação Street (where this Studio is located). Famous media and fashion celebrities often go to art museums and theaters in the area. Augusta Street and its famous graffiti is three blocks from the apartment and attracts bohemians to its informal bars and unpretentious restaurants. Higienópolis subway station is two blocks from the building.
The building is located at Rua da Consolacao, 0.2 mi (350m) distance (straight line) from the "Higienopolis-Mackenzie" Subway Station (Yellow Line).
Rua da Consolação is district's main street, which connects São Paulo's downtown to Rebouças, Paulista and Doutor Arnaldo Avenues.
Standard check-in and check-out times are 3PM+- and 11AM- respectively, however if there are no guests leaving at the same day of your check-in or arriving at the same day of your check-out you will be welcomed to enter early or leave after the standard times. However, please bear on mind that I might not have an answer from you until a few days before, so I would advise to be conservative on this regard. Of course you can send me a message in advance or check my calendar to know what is the current status of the reservations. Thank you.
