RV site- featuring covered outdoor area for you!

This is truly one of a kind with 40’ x 50’ covered RV area with outdoor sink and prep counter. There is space to park your boat and trailer and maximum of two vehicles. It’s the perfect location just two blocks from the Steinhatchee Marina and Roy’s. Less than half a mile from public boat ramp. This rental is the covered RV site only. It does not include the raised building or the second RV site on south side of property. This is not a camper rental. This is the covered RV site only.

Within walking or golf cart ride to all restaurants, shopping,piers and boat rentals,marinas, 35 -55mins to beautiful springs(ginnie,itchitucknee,Hart, Fanning). Parking for boat trailers. Covered Hammock area for relaxing. String lighting throughout for ambience. Also have a camper that sleeps 8 on site for groups/families

We are a small family owned lot in what we feel is the perfect location for everyone to enjoy our little fishing and scalloping community that we love so much. * We have 4 RV sites available. 3 are 50amp and 1 is 30amp. * Each site is 25x100 * water and sewer hookup. * Our sites are Not pull through * The RV area is 2 blocks away from fiddlers and other local restaurants and a mile from the boat ramp. * Golf cart friendly community *shared patio with a table and a small fire pit.

The Buoy Tender

Our sweet little island has been devastated by Hurricane Halean, please be mindful of that during your stay and booking. Sleeps 6 comfortably . All Queen beds. The outdoor living area over looks canal, with boat slip. The “Out House” was taken away with the hurricane. The screen room is still there but a lot of our amenities were lost. The Fish/Scallop cleaning station are available along with hoses to wash the boat. Covered parking with 40’ of space

Quiet 3.39 acres with a 30 ft RV with deck that sleeps up to six, two ponds, a separate bathhouse/laundry room on the premises in addition to a cook shed with grills and cookers (propane included) along with fish cleaning station. We have a fire pit available to use (wood included).
