The Carlin Cottage sits on the private, beautiful, and picturesque East Bluff of Keuka Lake — it's the absolute perfect getaway for a couple, small group of friends, or a family! Our adorable cozy cottage sits right on the lake and has all you need for an amazing time — a fireplace, a sun porch overlooking the lake, a deck for lounging or outdoor meals, a bonfire pit, grill, kayak, and more! The lake also has amazing restaurants, wineries, and breweries all around, so you'll never get bored!

Mother Nature welcomes you! Private 2nd floor studio, self check-in. WiFi, Bluetooth shower speakers, 40” Smart TV, some free channels, or log into own accounts. Full kitchen, queen-sized bed. Beautiful studio apartment on the water. Enjoy coffee or wine on the dock or in your private space. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and double bed. Just need to bring your personal items, everything else is included. Use of kayaks, paddle boards, Sunfish sailboat, water floats included for you to enjoy or bring your own. Parking close to your door. No smoking or burning candles in apartment, no parties, and sorry, no pets. My goal is for you to have a wonderful experience.

The downstairs game room is designed with the kids in mind. The great room has a beautiful natural stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a great day on the Lake.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
