The Wissahickon Inn - The Cozy Cabin In The Woods

You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Our cottage is snuggled amongst recreational hotspots, walking distance to the beach, 2 miles from beautiful Afton MN (state park, downhill skiing), 4 miles from Hudson WI (shopping, dining, boat cruises, live music), 15 minutes from historic Stillwater. This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Stillwater Oasis

Cottage home on the lake near downtown Stillwater. This little oasis is surrounded by trees and 400 feet of lakeshore. Watch the loons from the dock, take the kayaks out to see the wildlife, enjoy sunsets from the firepit or hammock, and hot tub under the stars. A path in the backyard can take you around the lake or to downtown Stillwater. The home has a cottage feel on the outside, but a modern aesthetic on the inside. It'll feel like a home away from home. The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

Direct access to lake for floating ,paddling, swimming, fishing and relaxing. Paddleboard and kayak available for your use.

South Hill home less than a mile walk to downtown (0.8 miles). A short walk to South Hill stairs with unforgettable scenic overlook of St. Croix River. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, originally built in 1890 and remodeled in 2004. Modern updates with character of an old house. We happily accept well-trained dogs in our home. There is an apartment above the detached garage where the owners live in the off-season (Fall through Spring).
