Villa Franci moderano je uređeni dom te je otvoren tijekom cijele godine tako da je ovo zasigurno idealno mjesto kako za obitelji sa djecom ili za parove, tako i za solo avanturiste ili poslovne putnike, a i vaši krzneni prijatelji (kućne ljubimce) su više nego dobrodošli. Posebno smo ponosni što smo dio grupacija Bike magic Zadarske regije tako da smo biciklističkim putnicima namjernicima osigurali Bike room, osnovni alat, mogućnost pranja bicikli, pranje i sušenje biciklističke odjeće.

The apartment is a modern, spacious, and tidy, ideal for families. It offers a delightful experience. Located on the ground floor, it boasts a cozy terrace of 24 m2. This feature provides a shaded area during the hottest parts of the day, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you're in the mood for a swim, the beach is a mere 100 meters away, stretching along a magnificent 2800-meter coastline. The sea is crystal clear and the surrounding nature offers picturesque setting.

Villa Origano is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 3 km from old town Zadar and just 2 km from the beach Kolovare.<br><br>The exterior of the villa is amazing, large maintained garden with playground for kids, Bbq and dining area will make you spend the day outside. After a delicious meal, you can relax in the lounge area drinking coffee. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are just what you need in Croatian hot summer period.

My place is close to parks and the beaches, with great views. It is 400 m from the beach! You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the people. Our bedrooms are comfy and each with aircondiciton and TV and I’sure You will enjoy Your sleeping and resting even more! :) You have full equipped kitchen! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The apartment is located in a house with 8 apartments, close to supermarket and 900 meters far from the beach and the center. Each apartment has a private balcony and ground floor apartments also have a private terrace. A shared barbecue and swimming pool are at your disposal. Each apartment has ONE associated parking space. There is NO Internet and there is NO washing machine.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The views from the blacony are breathtaking. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away.
