Nestled in a secluded corner of the Nurra region in Northwest of Sardinia, this property was completely restored in 2018 using traditional techniques and materials. Set in 3 hectares of preserved ‘macchia mediterranea’ and a stone’s throw from the nearest beach at Porto Palmas, the house features a large veranda overlooking the sea, a swimming pool and an open kitchen and lounge.

Questa casa è dotata di due bagni interni e una doccia esterna, due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzata e una piccola area living. All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.
