Vacation Home Barac (hot tub)

Home offers a twofold homey vacation experience: a peaceful rural home near Crikvenica and sea activities only 6 km away. It is a fully renovated old stone house (1902) furnished in rustic style. With its 6-generation family history, the 2-floor home with a terrace has a fully equipped kitchen, all house appliances, Wifi, TV, a closed spacious garden (pet-friendly) surrounded by greenery, a stone BBQ, parking and it is a good base for excursions. Suitable for families, couples or smaller groups.

Villa Bilen with pool & private garden

Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

Villa Franci moderano je uređeni dom te je otvoren tijekom cijele godine tako da je ovo zasigurno idealno mjesto kako za obitelji sa djecom ili za parove, tako i za solo avanturiste ili poslovne putnike, a i vaši krzneni prijatelji (kućne ljubimce) su više nego dobrodošli. Posebno smo ponosni što smo dio grupacija Bike magic Zadarske regije tako da smo biciklističkim putnicima namjernicima osigurali Bike room, osnovni alat, mogućnost pranja bicikli, pranje i sušenje biciklističke odjeće.

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive. Enjoy your experience in Istria.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

A nice and cosy apartment, renovated in 2022, located in a quiet street on the first floor in a family house, perfect for a family vacation. The apartment is located 5 minute walk from beautiful beaches, it has a shared fireplace in the yard and lovely balcony looking on an organic garden! Walls are decorated with original hand - painted decorations made by my mother:)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walk to all facilities of the place in just 5-10minutes:) And if you have a pet, let him come on vacation too because pets are more than welcome in this house and they are free of charge:)

Charming apartment in the oldtown

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
