Koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta, helt nyrenoverade boende i Klagshamn. Gästhuset ligger intill vårt hus och nära naturområden. Busstation finns vid gatan där buss nr 6 tar dig till Hyllie där ni sedan har många valmöjligheter såsom Emporia shoppingcenter, tågstation som kan ta er till Köpenhamn eller centrala Malmö med mera. Med bil tar det ca 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 3 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Vi ser fram emot att vara din värd!

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Välkomna till vår gäststuga nära hav, strand, restauranger, butiker och fina förbindelser i pittoreska Limhamn. Vårt nyrenoverade boende har egen ingång, privat badrum och ett mysigt sovrum med kontinentalsäng och matplats. I köksvrån finns kyl & micro, samt diverse maskiner som kan förgylla er frukost, varav den viktigaste kanske är kaffekokaren? Och ja, kaffe ingår. Från den bekväma sängen med två täcken kan du slappa framför en 32” TV med chromecast (casta själv). Välkomna till oss!

Litet gästhus med utmärkt läge

Litet gästhus i mycket lugnt område, vid sista avfarten innan Öresundsbron. Nära till badbrygga (600 m), strand (Klagshamn 3 km) och busshållplats (100 m) Gästhuset har en 140 cm bred säng, en fåtölj och toalett samt handfat. Det finns också Wi-fi och en vattenkokare. Det finns cyklar att låna. Ca 10 min med buss till Hyllie, och ca 30 min med buss/tåg till Köpenhamns flygplats. Obs; endast kallt vatten, och ingen dusch/bad. Passar bäst som övernattningslägenhet i korta perioder.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
